By using PadelSpot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

PadelSpot is a platform that connects padel players with court owners. We facilitate court discovery, online booking, and player matchmaking.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform

4. Bookings & Payments

• Bookings are confirmed immediately upon completion of the booking process
• Online payments are processed securely through Stripe
• PadelSpot charges a service fee (commission) on each booking
• Cancellation policies are set by individual court owners and displayed before booking

5. Court Owners

• Court owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings
• Court owners must honor confirmed bookings
• PadelSpot reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms

6. Reviews

• Reviews must be honest and based on actual experiences
• We reserve the right to remove reviews that are abusive, fake, or violate these terms

7. Limitation of Liability

PadelSpot acts as an intermediary between players and court owners. We are not responsible for the quality of courts, injuries during play, or disputes between users.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Athens, Greece.
